How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy—simply use our website, click the photo above, or call or text the number provided.
We recommend scheduling at least 8 hours in advance, but we’re happy to accommodate urgent requests as needed to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice.
Do I need a valid ID for notarization?
Yes. Texas law requires all signers to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID) at the time of notarization.
The ID must be current and unexpired.
We offer emergency or same-day appointments?
We handle urgent notarizations, including medical emergencies, jail visits, and last-minute travel. Common requests include travel consent forms, medical authorizations, powers of attorney, real estate documents, vehicle titles, affidavits, and hospital paperwork.
Same-day and after-hours service is available—fees may apply.
